Responsible use

Terms of use

Last updated: 31 October 2026 • Applies to DataLab.

These terms explain the intended use of the DataLab reporting workspace. The tool is managed by the DataLab project operator for authorized business reporting; this information site does not offer public registration or a subscription service.

1. Authorized access

Use the workspace only if the operator has approved your identity and you have authority to connect the relevant accounts or stores. Do not share access, bypass identity controls or attempt to obtain data outside your assigned role.

2. Source permissions

You must have the rights needed to authorize each source and process its data for the intended business purpose. Connecting a source does not transfer ownership of its data. Source-provider terms and policies continue to apply.

3. Reporting and operational limits

Reports depend on source availability, permissions, extraction times, timezone, currency and metric definitions. They may be delayed, incomplete or later revised. Review the relevant run status and source context before relying on a figure for a business decision.

DataLab does not guarantee uninterrupted imports, permanent OAuth validity or identical definitions across providers. Failed or uncertain operations may require operator review rather than automatic repetition.

4. Credentials and prohibited use

Keep credentials in the approved connection workflow. Do not send secrets through support email or expose customer records publicly. Do not use DataLab to circumvent source limits, violate another party's rights, or access accounts without permission.

5. Privacy and requests

The Privacy policy describes data processing, service providers, retention and deletion requests. Access may be suspended by the operator when authorization is withdrawn or a security issue requires intervention. Source disconnection does not automatically delete previously imported data.

6. Changes and contact

Features and these terms may change as the workspace develops. Questions about access, reports or these terms can be sent to mincum@163.com. No credentials or customer records are needed in your initial message.
